How to use case law in a sentence?
It's not a very coherent line of case law, but that's the official stance, there's a lot of legal uncertainty.
Multiply the amount of time spent meeting with the client to obtain the facts, the hours reviewing documents and case law, and meeting with the government, and you can see how legal bills quickly escalate.

It really comes down to case law, and how much of the data we can utilize. It would have to be a state-by-state proposition.
