  1. Trisha Harp:

Harp's data showed that entrepreneurs who set shared long-term business and family goals with their spouses scored higher in every area of satisfaction than those who didn’t. On her surveys, entrepreneurs who set shared business goals were 17 percent happier than those who didn’t; and 27 percent who set shared family goals reported higher levels of satisfaction. Of those who set shared family goals, 98 percent reported being still in love with their spouse. Contrary to what one might believe, Harp's data showed that when entrepreneurs shared both positive and negative aspects of the business on a regular basis, the other spouse's trust and confidence in the entrepreneur actually increased. Sharing on a regular basis increases the spouse's belief in their entrepreneur’s ability to succeed, Harp says. When the entrepreneur chooses not to share, the spouse usually knows when something is wrong, simply by observing his/her partner’s demeanor. The not knowing leads to frustration, anxiety and impatience, Harp says. However, when the entrepreneur shares on a regular basis, the spouse is privy to the solutions the entrepreneur is considering, she adds. And discussions make the non-entrepreneur spouse feel as if he or she is contributing. This helps increase a spouse's ‘buy-in’ and makes them feel like it is ‘our’ company instead of just ‘your company,’.

  2. John Hutchinson:

It arose out of the leadership of students saying, 'We think this change is important for the safety and health of our community,' that means that we then have much better compliance because we have better buy-in.

  3. Liam Kennedy:

President Biden has been talking about liberal internationalism as something that can return, he talks about democracy versus autocracy, all of this kind of stuff. So within that, I think that he wants to see good examples of the rule of law in US foreign policy. And this is a great example of that. This was an achievement, the Good Friday Agreement is certainly one of those things where you can get real bipartisan buy-in in Washington.

  4. Liam Kennedy:

The Good Friday Agreement is certainly one of those things where you can get real bipartisan buy-in in Washington, believe me, that’s a pretty unusual thing.

  5. Rand Paul:

Masks are really for infected people to prevent them from spreading infection to people who are not infected rather than protecting uninfected people from acquiring infection. The typical mask you buy in the drug store is not really effective in keeping out virus, which is small enough to pass through the material, it might, however, provide some slight benefit in keep out gross droplets if someone coughs or sneezes on you. I do not recommend that you wear a mask, particularly since you are going to a vey (sic) low risk location.
