  1. interfere

To interpose is to place or come between other things or persons, usually as a means of obstruction or prevention of some effect or result that would otherwise occur, or be expected to take place. Intercede and interpose are used in a good sense; intermeddle always in a bad sense, and interfere frequently so. To intercede is to come between persons who are at variance, and plead with the stronger in behalf of the weaker. One may interpose with authority; he intercedes by petition. To intermeddle is to thrust oneself into the concerns of others with a petty officiousness; meddling commonly arises from idle curiosity; "every fool will be meddling," Prov. xx, 3; to interfere is to intrude into others' affairs with more serious purpose, with or without acknowledged right or propriety. Intercept is applied to an object that may be seized or stopped while in transit; as, to intercept a letter or a messenger; interrupt is applied to an action which might or should be continuous, but is broken in upon (Latin rumpere, to break) by some disturbing power; as, the conversation was interrupted. One who arbitrates or mediates must do so by the request or at least with the consent of the contending parties; the other words of the group imply that he steps in of his own accord.

The committee has spent the last 16 months reviewing the sources, tradecraft and analytic work underpinning the intelligence community assessment and sees no reason to dispute the conclusions, the committee continues its investigation, and I am hopeful that this installment of the committee’s work will soon be followed by additional summaries providing the American people with clarity around Russia’s activities regarding U.S. elections. Whether Russian authorities sought to meddle in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump prevail has been a key point of contention between House and Senate intelligence committees. SEVEN KEY HIGHLIGHTS FROM BOMBSHELL WATCHDOG REPORT INTO DOJ, FBI BIAS In May, Senate Intelligence Committee leaders backed the 2017 intel community report that formally accused Russia of trying to interfere in the election to the Trump campaign's benefit. The Russian effort was extensive, sophisticated and ordered by President Putin Donald Trump for the purpose of helping Donald Trump and hurting Hilary Clinton, top Senate committee Democrat Mark Warner said in a joint statement at the time. But on the other side of Capitol Hill, Republicans on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence have disputed the conclusion that Russian President Vladimir Putin wanted to help Donald Trump. GOP members of the House panel have cited significant intelligence tradecraft failings in the intelligence community's findings, saying it is inappropriate to conclude that The Russians acted specifically to assist Donald Trump.

Is it a two billion dollar catastrophe or a ten billion dollar catastrophe, a lot of times that’s not known very quickly, this is a technology that can help to make that process go a lot faster and also help to respond to their main customers quickly too and get them their money, said Peter Fuchs, co-founder of drone manufacturer Ascent Aerosystems. While helpful in certain aspects, drones can’t assist in traditional helicopter efforts. Drone operators are cautious not to interfere with normal search and rescue operations, but experts say integration is key to being successful, which means that everyone on the ground has to be on the same page. It’s not just about capturing a lot of data, it’s about capturing the critical data and getting it to the right people at the right time.
