How to use down the stairs in a sentence?
Keep moving is the main thing, i think I reiterate three or four times in the book, ‘Do not start going down the stairs sideways.’ It feels good on your knees but it throws the hips out and the back starts to go out, the next thing you know, you’ve fallen down and broken your hip. So even if it hurts a little, go down the stars front-ways.
I can fit in the seat of any car I like and on buses, trains and planes ; I do n’t have to worry about breaking benches or garden furniture anymore, i can buy clothes on the high street and put my own socks on easily ; I can walk miles and run up and down the stairs … the list is endless.

I told everyone that we were going to go down the stairs very quietly. But with 150-odd people on a staircase, we were like sitting ducks. Two of my guys went ahead to make sure it was safe, we had two guys at the back. We'd move down to one floor, check the floor and then get everyone down. We did the same on the next floor. It took quite a while to get everyone down. We got out at around 3 or 4 in the morning, we were asked to take off our shoes to avoid making noise because we never knew if there were still terrorists around who could hear us. No one spoke either.
I was actually thinking, as I was walking down the stairs, I was thinking about some issues I've got in my district that need to get done, i don't know what their topic was. There's always a topic, isn't there ?
